Antonia, the property manager, was incredibly sweet and helpful upon our arrival. The room was massive and the bed was super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find water and a helpful booklet about the city in our room. The location of the hotel was convenient, not far from the city center. our stay at Rooms H Ercolani was exceptional and we would definitely recommend it to others!
Although the shower had very little power, it didn't significantly affect our experience. The bathroom could be improved, but it didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.
